CARIBOU – Mary M. Chaloult, 81, died Dec. 20, 2004, at Caribou. She was born May 21, 1923, in St. Agatha, the daughter of Patrick and Eugenie (Bouchard) Cyr. Mrs. Chaloult was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and was employed by Potato Service for a number of years. She married Clifford Chaloult June 20, 1950. Mrs. Chaloult was a loving and devoted wife and mother to her family. Surviving in addition to her husband of more than 54 years, Clifford of Caribou; are three sons and a daughter-in-law, Gary and Myra Chaloult of Oakland, Ronald Chaloult of Gorham and Roger Chaloult of Caribou; three daughters and a son-in-law, Gaylene Chaloult of Stratham, N.H., Nancy Chaloult of Melbourne, Fla., and Lisa and Kevin Quist of Caribou; four grandchildren, Jennifer and Eric Chaloult and Joshua and Carter Quist; a close niece, Earlene Langlais of Caribou; many additional nieces and nephews. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 23, 2004, from the Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Fr. Thanh Nguyen, officiating. Interment will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.
