PROSPECT HARBOR – Mary DiDonatantonio, 100, went home to be with the Lord, Nov. 2, 2007, at an Ellsworth hospital. She was born Nov. 22, 1906, in Philadelphia. Mary leaves behind a legacy of Italian cooking, her numerous crafts and her famous jokes. Her spirit, laughter, smile and love will be missed by all who knew her. Mary was the beloved mother of Helen Burdick Heilman of Prospect Harbor; an especially gifted grandmother to Rosemary Burdick of Connecticut, and George Burdick and his wife, Alba, of New Jersey; great-grandmother to Sarah, Gabriella and Alexandra; and a devoted sister to her only surviving brother of 16 children, Frank Marrone of New Jersey. A service of remembrance will be celebrated 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 5, at Bragdon-Kelley-Campbell Funeral Home, 215 Main St., Ellsworth. Friends may call 6 p.m. until time of service.
