LINCOLN – Mary Ina Ramsay passed away March 19, 2005, at a Lincoln health care facility. She was born Oct. 11, 1909, at O’Leary, Prince Edward Island, the daughter of Abram and Zylpha (Currie) Collicutt. She received her education in a one room school and the family farm in Burton Lot No.7, P.E.I. along with her five brothers. In 1927, she married Harry Ramsay, also of Prince Edward Island and Waterville. They lived in Waterville for their entire married life raising two sons and an adopted nephew. Shortly after the death of her husband in 1978, she moved to Lincoln to be nearer to family members. She was predeceased by her adopted nephew, Arnold in 1972; a grandson, James in 1986; and her daughter-in-law, Joanne in 2002. She is survived by two sons, Ronald and his wife, Susan, of Shrewsbury, Mass., and Don of Lincoln; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Dr. Bruce Young officiating.
