Inadvertently omitted from the original obituary were the names of Melvin’s surviving siblings; six sisters, Helen Hasey, Evelyn Crockett, Pauline Drazkowski, Angie Moore, Frances Green, and Mildred Hanson; and one brother, James Snow; nieces and nephews.
