ALEXANDRIA, Va. and BANGOR – Mildred E. Wilbur, 82, loving wife of the late Bernard A. Wilbur, mother of Wayne A. Wilbur, sister of Howard Goodwin, Rev. Robert Goodwin, Donald Goodwin and Barbara Abusamra passed away on Friday, Feb. 28, 2004. The family will receive friends 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 2, at Cameron United Methodist Church, 3130 Franconia Road, Alexandria, VA 22310, where a memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 3. Interment will be at Quantico National Cemetery at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cameron United Methodist Church.
