MARBLEHEAD, Mass. and JONESPORT – Mildred Elizabeth Kelley, 57, passed away Oct. 21, 2003. She was born Nov. 12, 1945, at Lynn, Mass., the daughter of Arthur J. and Mildred A. Kelley. She was a lifelong resident of Marblehead, Mass., and vacationed in Jonesport for her entire life. Mildred was a graduate of Marblehead High School and the University of Maine in Orono as well as having advanced degrees from Orono and Salem State. She was a dedicated teacher for many years at Pentucket Regional Middle School in Massachusetts. She was extremely interested in Marine Biology and enjoyed knitting in her spare time. She is survived by her sister, Enid McNeally and her husband, Robert, of Gorham; five nieces and nephews; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends may call 12:30 p.m. Saturday until the time of services at 2 p.m. at the Sawyer Memorial Congregational Church, Jonesport.
