WASHBURN- Milton R. Marr Jr., 71, died April 13, 2005, at a Caribou hospital. He was born March 2, 1934, in Washburn, the son of Milton R. and Mary A. (McDuff) Sr. He is survived by a son, Richard Marr; a daughter, Catherine Batchelar, both of Manchester, Conn.; three grandsons; two granddaughters; two great-grandsons, all of Manchester, Conn.; two sisters, Edna Graves of Washburn and Joyce McGetrick and her husband, Philip, of Jordan, N.Y.; several nieces and nephews, two stepdaughters, three stepgranddaughters, three step-grandsons, including a special stepgrandson, Johnathan; two special aunts, Elsie Clayton and Margaret Campbell, both of Washburn; a brother-in-law, Freeman Churchill of Willimantic, Conn. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by two sisters, Lorraine Churchill and Wilma Corey. There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held at Riverside Ext. Cemetery in Washburn later in the spring. Arrangements in the care of Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, Presque Isle.
