PARKESBURG, Pa. – Milton R. Miles, 68, died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2005, at home after a brief illness. The son of the late Francis V. and Charlotte C. (Coulter) Miles, he was born Nov. 26, 1936, in Brewer. Although he dearly loved Maine, he lived in Pennsylvania for many years and worked at Irving Textiles. Mr. Miles loved football, spicy food, fishing and spent summer vacations with his family at Schoodic Lake in Maine. He is survived by two daughters, Karen Jean Lundin of Haynesville and Rae Ellen Miles of Milo; one son, Milton R. Miles Jr. of South Portland; eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild; and one sister, Anne M. Hession of Hanover, Mass. Services are private, arrangements by the Sullivan Funeral Home, Hanover, Mass.
