MR. NORBERT GALLANT

EAGLE LAKE – Mr. Norbert Gallant, 83, beloved son of the late Vincent and Margaret (Aucoin) Gallant, died July 29, 2005, at an Eagle Lake healthcare facility. He was born Sept. 13, 1921, in Eagle Lake. He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Bertha Blanchette and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; two sisters, Stella Dube and Annie Ouellette; five brothers, Aloysius, Lawrence, Rene, William and Edwin Gallant. Friends may call noon Monday until time of services at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Eagle Lake. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 2 p.m. Monday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Eagle Lake, with the Rev. Paul Labree officiating. Committal services will follow in the parish cemetery. Those who wish may donate in his memory to the Mercy Home Activities Fund, P.O. Box 310, Eagle Lake.
