JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A memorial service to celebrate the life of Nancy Higgins Hughes will be held 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 6, at Presque Isle Congregational Church. There will be a luncheon reception after at the church. All of Nancy’s friends are invited to attend.
