BATH – Nina G. Luro, 93, wife of the late Judson Luro, died July 18, 2004, at a Bangor hospital. She was born March 31, 1911, in Bradford, one of nine children, the daughter of Herbert and Georgianna (Goodhue) Jones. Nina lived most of her life in Bath, moving there in 1952 until March of 2003, when she became a resident of the Emilio Estates in East Corinth. She is survived by her daughter and husband, Joan and Stanley Larson of St. Petersburg, Fla.; her son, Dean Luro and Donna Grady of Jacksonville, Fla.; two sisters, Noreen Jones of East Corinth, Verda Booker of Brewer; three grandsons; three granddaughters; eight great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Judson Luro; and her daughter, Diane. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor. Graveside services will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Pine Grove Cemetery, Bangor, with her cousin, Rev. Lloyd Rozzelle, officiating.
