DANFORTH and BROCKTON, Mass. – Nina (McCormick) Williams Pease, 80, wife of Donald Pease, died July 18, 2004, in Danforth. She was born Dec. 28, 1923, in Danforth, the daughter of Edison and Ella (Lockhart) McCormick. Nina loved church and religious music. She loved her family and loved kisses. She married Clarence Williams and they had three children, Blaine Williams, Royce Williams and Frances Lee. In addition to her husband, Donald Pease of Brockton, Mass.; her son, Blaine Williams; and her daughter and son-in-law, Frances and Alonzo Lee, all of Danforth, she is survived by a stepdaughter, Donna Verdon; two sisters, Glenna Stiles of Florida, and Eva Kilton of Medway; 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and three great- great-grandchildren. She also leaves a special friend, Bob “Popeye” Jenkins. She was predeceased by her first husband, Clarence Williams; a son, Royce Williams; a brother, Dellis McCormick; and a sister, Dorothy Fuller. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, July 31, at the Selden Cemetery, with the Rev. Jessie Drysdale officiating.
