BREWER and PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Norma F. Arnold, 70, died April 16, 2005, at a Brewer health care facility. She was born Dec. 16, 1934, in Providence, R.I., the daughter of James and Carrie (Major) Healy. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Anthony F. Arnold of Brewer; three sons, Anthony J. Arnold and his wife, Sharon, of Providence, R.I., William F. Arnold and his wife, Mary, of Warwick, James R. Arnold and his wife, Michelle, of Brewer; five grandchildren Anthony, Dana, Richard, Katherine and James Jr.; two sisters, Mary Curley of Smithfield, R.I., and Helen Duffy of Warwick; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, James and Robert Healy; two brothers-in-law, Jack Duffy and Bob Curley. The family would like to thank the staff at Brewer Rehabilitation and Living Center for the excellent attention and care. A funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, with the Rev. Roland Nadeau, officiating. Friends may call from 2 p.m. until time of service. Interment will be in Williams Cemetery in Bradford.
