ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. Norman Frederick LePage, 85, died Friday, Dec. 1, 2006, at his residence. He was born in Van Buren and came to St. Petersburg, Fla., in 1978 from Nashua, N.H. He was an engineer for the Army Corp of Engineers in the New England Division Headquarters. He was a member of the Cathedral of St. Jude the Apostle and was a World War II Army-Air Force veteran.
