TELEPHONE, Texas, and OLD TOWN – Patricia Ann Blanchard Weekley “Meme,” 70, passed away Sunday, Feb. 24, 2008, at her residence. She was born Oct. 7, 1937, in Old Town, the daughter of the late Donald and Alice Parady Blanchard. Mrs. Weekley was married to John Weekley, Oct. 5, 1957, in Old Town. She was a graduate of Old Town High School, Class of 1954. She is survived by her husband, John Weekley of Telephone, Texas; daughters, Cecelia Maidens of Telephone, Texas, and Theresa Drewek of Ivanhoe, Texas; son, Donald Weekley of Dripping Springs, Texas; a sister, Donna Thomas of Hampden; and grandchildren, Courtney Weekley, Mick Maidens, J.D. Drewek, Jessica Weekley and Tacy Drewek. Memorial services were held 7 p.m. Friday, Feb. 29, at Cooper-Sorrells Chapel, Bonham, Texas, officiated by Father Wilson Blas.
