PATRICK CARON GRAND ISLE – Patrick Caron, 95, died May 23, 2004, surrounded by his family at his daughter’s home in New Gloucester. He was born June 17, 1908, in Grand Isle, the son of Joseph and Ozithe (Garneaux) Caron. He is survived by one daughter, Leona Lebrun of New Gloucester; two sons, O. Normand Caron of Florida, and Lionel Caron of New Jersey; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mabel Beaulieu of Bristol, Conn., Edwina Bouchard of Brunswick, and Rita Cyr of Edmundston, New Brunswick; one brother, Leon Caron of Madawaska; several nieces and nephews. Patrick was a gentle, loving man who loved the outdoors, enjoyed gardening and visiting with family and friends. He will be missed by all. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Friday at the Daigle Funeral Home. Friends and relatives may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until time of services on Friday morning at the Daigle Funeral Home.
