DEDHAM – Philip Brown Jr., 52, of Dedham, passed in an accident July 16, 2005, near his home on Green Lake. He was born June 21, 1953, in Van Buren. Phil, a proud veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, enjoyed spending time outdoors and was most happy when he was fishing and riding his boat around Green Lake. He loved making music, playing his guitar and singing with family and friends. Phil was predeceased by his parents, Florence (Lagasse) and Philip Brown Sr.; and brother, Harold and wife, Janet Brown. Phil is survived by his stepmother, Eleanor Brown of Bangor; and his three children, Jimmy Brown and fianc?, Shannon Braley, of Carmel, Philip “Dan” Brown and wife, Misty, of Lucerne; and daughter, Angela Brown of Portland. He is also survived by three sisters, Kathleen and husband, Roger Henninger, of New York, Stella and husband, Denis Santerre, of Eddington and Barbara and husband, Daniel Bragg, of Aurora. Phil has four grandchildren, Courtney, Donald, Alysia and Emily; three aunts and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He also leaves behind his beloved cat, “Frankie.” Phil will be greatly missed by all. A celebration of his life and memories for family and friends will be held 6 p.m. Friday, July 22, at 43 Mann Hill Road, Holden. Bring your own beverage.
