FORT FAIRFIELD – Mrs. Phyllis E. Miller, 89, died unexpectedly, Saturday, Feb. 14, 2004, at her Fort Fairfield residence. Friends may call 11:30- 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, at the Dorsey Funeral Home, 144 Main St., Fort Fairfield, where funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Wesley McNeal officiating.
