PORTLAND – Phyllis F. Ronco, 83, of Stevens Ave., died Monday, Sept. 27, 2004, at Mercy Hospital. She was born Nov. 24, 1920, a daughter of William and Josephine Lord Church. She attended Schools in Greenville, graduating from Greenville High School. Mrs. Ronco enjoyed knitting, quilting, reading, cooking and spending time with her friends at Park-Danforth. She was very devoted to family. Her husband, Ernest A. Ronco died in 1980. She is survived by two daughters, Linda A. Arbo and her husband, Sterling of Dedham, and Sandra K. Paradis-Newman and her husband, Fred of Raymond; five grandchildren, Joy Mazziotti and her husband, Jay, Shellie Paradis and her husband, Jon Belanger, Tammy Shaw and her husband, Brian, Dawn Arbo and her husband, Jimmy and Lesley Paradis and her husband, John; seven great- grandchildren, Brooks Belanger, Sophie Mazziotti, Libby Belanger, Samuel Mazziotti, Tony Mazziotti, Jack Mazziotti and Allyson Williams and her extended family, Larry Paradis and Tim Edwards. A funeral will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, at the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery Chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the McCauley Residence, 91 State St., Portland, ME 04101. Arrangements are by Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home.
