CARIBOU – Phyllis M. Maskell, 61, died Jan. 23, 2007, in Bangor. She was born Sept. 2, 1945, in Brunswick, the daughter of Ira and Geraldine (Turpine) Berry. Mrs. Maskell was employed by the Converse Shoe Co., Presque Isle and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Stanley Maskell Sr. of Caribou; her children, twins, Stanley Maskell Jr. of Meriden, Conn., and Sandra Ann Maskell of Caribou, David Maskell and his wife, Cheryl, and Daniel Maskell, all of Meriden, Conn.; two brothers, Harry Frederick Berry of Massachusetts and Ira Kenneth Berry of Florida; three sisters, Marion Routhier, Gladys Skouras and Margaret Neal, all of Massachusetts; three grandchildren, Jessica, Melissa and Gaston Green. She was predeceased by an infant daughter. Memorial services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 29, at the Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Steve Rowe officiating.
