RAYMOND C. BOWER BATH – Raymond Chester Bower, 65, passed away May 9, 2004, at a Brunswick healthcare facility. He was born Feb. 6, 1939, in Malden, Mass., the son of Chester W. and Mary (MacLean) Bower. He is survived by his sister, Lorna J. Snyder and her husband, Frederick, of Hampden; two nephews, Jason Snyder and his wife, Patricia, of Winterport, and Glen Snyder and his wife, Jeanne of Hampden; three great-nieces, Lindsey, Brittany and Hannah; one cousin, Janet Vigneault and her husband, Robert, of Hampden. He was predeceased by his parents; and a brother, Charles W. Bower in January of 2004. A committal service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Hampden-Gilpatrick Funeral Home, 45 Western Ave., Hampden, with the Rev. Dick Woehr officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Interment will be in the family lot at Locust Grove Cemetery, Hampden.
