MADAWASKA – Raymonde Morin, 72, died Dec. 11, 2005, at a Fort Kent hospital following a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born April 8, 1933, in Cabano, P.Q., Canada, the daughter of Levite and Blanche (Breton) Violette. She is survived by three daughters, Karen Morin of Madawaska, Linda Caron and her husband, Louis, of St. Jacques, N.B., Canada and Susan Sabo and her husband, Daniel, of Hampden, Mass.; one brother, Rene? Violette of Cabano, P.Q., Canada; two sisters, Therese Dumas of Cabano, P.Q., Canada and Gertrude McHenry of Madawaska; seven grandchildren, Jenny Caron and her companion, Pierre, Cathy Dube and her husband, Robert, Carl and Charlene Caron, Christopher, Jamie and Sarah Sabo; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Morin in 1994; and by two sisters, Lucille D’Amours and Cecile Violette. Friends and relatives may call 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 p.m. until time of services Wednesday, at the Daigle Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, at St. Thomas Aquinas Church.
