LINCOLN – Reginald E. Bligh, 75, husband of the late Helene (Sirois) Bligh, died May 6, 2008, at a Lincoln hospital. He was born Sept. 23, 1932, in Riviere-Bleu, Quebec, the son of Theodore and Marie-Rose (Levesque) Bligh. Reginald was a member and Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus. He was a past grand knight, a communicant of St. Mary of Lourdes Catholic Church and a Eucharistic minister. He is survived by two daughters, Nancy Maheu and her husband, Preston, of Glenburn, and Jo-Ann Weed and her husband, Christopher, of Lincoln; two brothers, William Bligh of Meriden, Conn., and Richard Bligh of Arizona; four grandchildren, Ryan Shaw and Courtney Shaw, both of Lincoln, and Alex Maheu and Brady Maheu, both of Glenburn; several nieces and nephews. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday, May 12, at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary of Lourdes Catholic Church, Lincoln, with the Rev. Myles Cyr officiating. Interment will be at South Chester Cemetery.
