BRADLEY – Reginald F. Martin, 75, died peacefully June 19, 2006, at a Bangor health-care facility. He was born July 28, 1930, in Old Town, a son of Forest and Leona (Landry) Martin. Reginald was a veteran having served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a square dancer with the Levi Rounders of Hermon for more than 13 years. He was employed at local shoe shops until his retirement in 1992. He enjoyed camping and watching sports and was an avid Red Sox fan. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Shirley; four children, Donald Martin and his wife, Kim, of El Paso, Texas, Patricia Dauphinee of Bradley, Richard Martin and his wife, Susan, of Bradley, David Martin and his wife, Jennifer, of Whitsett, N.C.; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Dorothy Martin of Old Town, Odina Robichaud of Old Town; two brothers, Robert Martin and his wife, Ann, of Skowhegan and Albert Martin and his wife, Mary, of Old Town. He was predeceased by his parents; a brother and sister-in-law, Leo and Betty Martin. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town, where a funeral service will be conducted 10 a.m. Thursday. Committal services with military honors will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday at Knapp Cemetery, Bradley. Memorial contributions may be made to CancerCare of Maine, care of Eastern Maine Charities, P.O.
