MILLINOCKET – Reno J. Bouchard, 82, died Thursday, Oct. 26, 2006, at a Millinocket hospital. He was born March 23, 1924, in New Brunswick, Canada, the son of Alfred and Lianne (Sylvain) Bouchard. Reno was a communicant of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, Millinocket, and was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Reno enjoyed spending time with his family members and friends. He is survived by four children, Gil Bouchard of Millinocket, Raoul Bouchard and his wife, Patricia, of Mechanic Falls, Rolande Nadeau and her husband, Mike, of Salem, N.H., and Lionel Bouchard and his partner, Debbie Cowperthwaite, of Millinocket; three sisters, Marie Michaud of Bingham, Aurore Michaud of Bristol, Conn., and Margie Caron of Gorham; two brothers, Ronald Bouchard of New York and Leo Paul Bouchard of Alberta, Canada; 12 grandchildren, Jody, Nick, Melissa, Pat, Heather, Sonya, Crystal, Jason, Steven, Garrett, Kyle and Little Grace; four great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Reno was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, Ida (Pelletier) Bouchard; a daughter-in-law, Polly Bouchard; brothers, Romeo, Roger, Raoul, Robert, Ernest and Larry Bouchard; and a sister, Florence. Friends are invited to visit with the family 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday at Bouchard – Lamson Funeral Home, 11 Tamarack St., Millinocket, where a prayer service will be offered 7 p.m. by the Knights of Columbus. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 31, at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, 112 Maine Ave., Millinocket, with the Rev. Joel Cyr, pastor, presider.
