NEWPORT – The Rev. Charles Pentland passed away Jan. 18, 2008, at his home. Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, at Corinna United Methodist Church. Visiting hours will be held 7-9 p.m. Monday at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main St., Newport. A complete obituary will be published in the Monday edition of the Bangor Daily News.
