CRYSTAL LAKE, ILL. – Richard W. Pullen of Crystal Lake, Ill., 60, died Dec. 18, 2004. He was born Sept. 27, 1944, in Bangor. Richard served in the Airforce for 23 years and eight months. He was a victim of the Vietnam War. Survivors include a wife, Pamela (Voelkel) Pullen; mother, Gloria J. Nichols; children, Laura (Michael) Miller, Melinda Pullen and Rick Pullen; grandchildren, Chelsea and Cassidy Miller, Abby Pullen; siblings, Becky Nichols, Robin (David) Dionne, April Nichols and Eddie Nichols. Funeral service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2004, at the Kahle-Moore Funeral Home, Cary, Ill. Memorials may be sent to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
