MILLINOCKET and BELAIR, MD. – Robert F. Grumley, 78, died July 2, 2005 at a Baltimore, Md. hos-pital. He was born in Millinocket, July 3, 1926, the son Dr. Martin E. Grumley and Georgia (Fassett) Grumley. He was a graduate of Stearns High School, Class of 1943 and graduated from the University of Maine in 1947. Robert served for 20 years in the U.S. Army, serving in Korea and Vietnam. He is survived by his wife, Jeanine of Belair, Md.; a sister, Ann G. Lester and her husband, Charles of Miami, Fla.; a brother, William Grumley of Millinocket; and a special cousin, Elizabeth Smith of Jonesport. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, July 21, 2005, at Millinocket Cemetery. Arrangements by R.L. Bouchard Funeral Home, Millinocket.
