PALMYRA – Robin S. Libby, 39, died unexpectedly July 31, 2005, at her Palmyra residence. She was born Jan. 1, 1966, in Hartland, the daughter of Paul R. and Della B. (LeVasseur) Libby. Robin attended schools in Palmyra, Conn. and Florida. She received her GED at Port St. Lucie, Fla. Robin had been a dialysis patient for 23 years. She had just moved back last December from Connecticut to live with her mother in Palmyra. She liked making crafts and giving them to family and friends. Robin was a devoted owner and lover of two special cats that she waited on daily, Sassy and Mitzi. She is survived by her mother, Della B. LeVasseur of Palmyra; maternal grandparents, Olive and Everett Nichols of Newport; paternal grandmother, Eleanor Cromwell of Dexter; and paternal grandfather, Merle Cromwell of Dexter; one brother, Randy S. Libby of Poke City, Fla.; one niece, several aunts, uncles, and cousins; her father, Paul Libby; and her brother, Russell Libby predeceased her. Public graveside services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 5, 2005, at the Maloon Cemetery in St. Albans, with the Rev. Carl Engstrom officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of the Brown Funeral Home, 34 High St., Newport.
