EASTPORT and INDIAN TOWNSHIP – Rodman Eugene Green Jr., 35, died unexpectedly Sunday, July 1, 2007, at his home in Indian Township. Rodman was born Feb. 14, 1972, in Boothbay Harbor, the son of Rodman E. Green Sr. and Rita L. Norton. He married Stacy Murphy, May 18, 1996, in Waldorf, Md. Rodman was self-employed as a drywaller. He enjoyed listening and playing music, sports and was an avid Yankees fan. Rodman’s greatest enjoyment was spending time with his children, family and friends. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Ruth and Solomon Alley; his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Elizabeth Green. Surviving are his wife, Stacy Green; two children, Clayton and Skye Green; his father, Rodman Green Sr. of Pembroke; his mother, Rita Norton of Eastport; a sister, Mina Bowen and husband, Dana Sr., of Eastport; a brother, Arthur Green and wife, Amy, of Saco; many nieces and nephews. Friends may call 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Mays Funeral Home – Flagg Chapel, 72 High St., Eastport. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday at Shead High School gymnasium.
