HAMLIN – Roy R. Labreck, 80, died Sept. 7, 2004, at his Hamlin residence after a long illness. He was born in Caswell, Jan. 1, 1924, the son of Abraham and Mary (Pelletier) Labreck. He was employed as a farm and woods laborer for many years. Roy is survived by his wife, Jacqueline (Brown) Labreck of Hamlin; three sons, Michael Labreck and his fianc?e, Denise Michaud, of Van Buren, Daniel Labreck and his fianc?e, Tammy Morrow, of Caswell, Jesse Labreck and his wife, Anna, of Hamlin; six daughters, Margaret Levesque and her husband, Robert, of Van Buren, Robertine Seery and her husband, Mark, Debra Chandler and her husband, Ronnie, all of Las Vegas, Nev., Delcia Larson and her fianc?, Richard, of Johnstown, Pa., Marlene Frievalt and her husband, Jeff, of Racine, Wis., Jeannie Morrissey and her husband, David, of Fort Worth, Texas; two stepsons, Ronald Clavette of St. Leonard, N.B., Canada and Michael Clavette of Van Buren; three sisters, Dororthy Berube and her husband, Emery, of Broadbrook, Conn., Irene Belanger and her husband, Elmer, of Grand Falls, N.B., Angela Cote and her husband, Roland, of Caswell; 27 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Roy was predeceased by his first wife, Mathilda (Lavoie) Labreck. Relatives and friends may call at the Ouellette-Thibault Funeral Home, 118 High St., Van Buren, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until time of service on Friday. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hamlin. Committal service and interment will be in the parish cemetery.
