HOULTON – Sandra H. Dunn, 60, died unexpectedly May 4, 2005, at her residence. She was born July 7, 1944, at Houlton, the daughter of Albert and Mary (Kinney) Howland. Sandra was a graduate of Houlton High School and attended Ricker College. She was a member of the Saint Mary of the Visitation Church, the Thursday Luncheon Book Club and served on the Houlton Health Service Foundation Fund-raising Committee. She was employed as an interior designer and salesperson by Dunn Furniture Co. for 35 years. Sandra’s great joy was spending time and being with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her devoted husband of 45 years, John B. Dunn; two sons, Bart Dunn and his wife, Nancy, their children, Barrett and Elizabeth, David Dunn and his wife, Terri, their children, Brandon, Madison and Alexander, all of Houlton; four brothers, Donald Howland and his wife, Frieda, of New Britain, Conn., Richard Howland and his wife, Lulu, of Port Orange, Fla., Roger Howland and his wife, Glenda, Jeffrey Howland and his wife, Sarah, all of Houlton; three sisters, Virginia Kneeland, of Enfield, Conn., Rena Howland and George Adams of New York City, N.Y., Barbara Barron and her husband, Bill, of Kensington, Conn.; brother-in-law, Frank Dunn and his wife, Harriette; sister-in-law, Mrs. David (Geraldine) Dunn, all of Houlton; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may call 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Dunn Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Monday, at the Saint Mary of the Visitation Church. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery.
