BLUE HILL and BUCKS HARBOR – Seth Chandler Davis, 26, passed away Feb. 22, 2005, at his residence. He was born May 11, 1978, in Calais, the son of Jeffrey A. Davis and Judith Hartman Conterio. Seth graduated from George Stevens Academy in 1996. He worked as a commercial fisherman with his father and was currently enrolled at the University of Maine at Augusta. Some of Seth’s passions were hunting, fishing, snowboarding and cooking large breakfasts for his family and friends. His contagious smile and his loving and warm personality will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Seth is survived by his mother, Judith Conterio and his stepfather, Ron Conterio, of Blue Hill; father, Jeffrey Davis and his stepmother, Annemarie, of Bucks Harbor; brother, Brian Davis and his wife, Erica, of Bucks Harbor; grandfather, William Hartman of Green Bay, Wisc.; one niece, Brielle Davis; two nephews, Tyler and Wyatt Davis, all of Bucks Harbor. Seth will also be sadly missed by his aunts, uncles, and many cousins. Memorial services will be held 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 2, 2005, at the First Congregational Church, Blue Hill and also 2 p.m. Thursday, March 4, at the Larrabee Baptist Church, Machiasport. Interment will immediately follow at the Church Hill Cemetery, Machiasport.
