CONNOR – Sonja McCurley 59, died unexpectedly June 4, 2004, at Caribou. She was born Jan. 5, 1945, in Denver, Colo. She married Robert McCurley on Oct. 11, 1976, and was a loving and devoted wife and mother to her family. Surviving in addition to her husband, Robert of Connor, are two sons, Louis Eugene Hickey II of LaGrange, and Matthew Erick McCurley of Augusta, Ga.; one daughter, Audra Renee Ellis of New Sweden; one sister, Patricia Lynes of Woodward, Okla. Friends may call 6-8 p.m. Monday, June 7, 2004, at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir St., Caribou, where evening prayer services will be conducted at 8 p.m. with Deacon Burnham Morrell, pastor of the Faith Lutheran Church officiating.
