DOVER-FOXCROFT – Stella Marie Dyer, 85, wife of the late Peter E. Dyer Sr., died peacefully in her sleep Aug. 19, 2005. She was born June 11, 1920, in Caribou, the daughter of James and Mary Cowette. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years; her son, Peter E. Dyer Jr.; and her grandson, Donald Mark Smart. She was survived by her three daughters, Olive Ann Ogalsbee and her husband, Phil Ogalsbee, of Missouri, Ruth E. Kirby and her husband, William J. Kirby, of Parkman, and Gloria J. McGill of Dover-Foxcroft; 12 grandchildren, Linus, Tammie, Phil Jr., Gloria, Julie, Danny, Laurie, Tina, Kristi, Trisha, Tony, Tracey; 14 great-grandchildren, Brandy, Alan Jr., Jacqueline, Tiffany, Christopher, Eric, James, Nichole, Amanda, Daniel, Erin, William, Joey, Josh; and five great-great-grandchildren Joey, Cade, Chloe, Ethan, and Jayden. Friends and family are invited to visit from 6-8. p.m. Sunday, Aug. 21, 2005, at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 21 Oak St., Guilford. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22, 2005, at the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, High Street, Dover-Foxcroft, with the Rev. Fr. James Robichaud officiating. Burial will be in the family lot in the Village Cemetery in Sangerville.
