PETERSBURG, Fla. – Stephen A. Richards, beloved son of Lois M. Richards of St. Petersburg, Fla. and Alonzo B. Richards of Dedham, went to be with his Lord, Sunday, May 7, 2006. Stephen was born April 3, 1955, in Farmington. Stephen graduated from Bangor High School in 1973 and he was living in St. Petersburg, Fla. at the time of his death. He was a meat cutter in the Bangor area for several years. Stephen was an avid sports fan and spent many hours cheering for the Celtics, Red Sox and Patriots. He never met a stranger. He was special to his family as well as to many friends. He will lovingly be remembered by all who knew him by his sparkling blue eyes and great personality. He is survived by his mother, father; and his father’s wife, Charity; he also leaves his daughter, Shelby J. Missey and her husband, Calvin; and his two precious granddaughters, Savannah and Cheyenne of Summerfield, Ill. Rest easy Stephen you are safe in God’s hands.
