MAPLETON, Utah – Suzanne McDevitt, 49, died unexpectedly Sunday, Nov 4, 2007, in Utah, where she had made her home for many years. She was born Dec. 16, 1957, in Bangor, the daughter of Austin and Celia (Seymour) McDevitt. She graduated from Ellsworth High School, where she was active in music and community theater. She was predeceased by her father, Austin. She is survived by her mother, Celia McDevitt of Cumberland and Lucerne-in-Maine; a daughter, Jasmine and her husband Luis and their daughter, Aliyah, all of Sarasota Springs, Utah; a son, Joshua Dennis of Mapleton, Utah; a stepdaughter, Eden Nicole and her husband, Brandon, of Mapleton, Utah; one sister, Rebecca McDevitt of Portland; one brother, Michael McDevitt and his wife, Margaret and their children, Megan, Michael and Matthew, all of Cumberland. Funeral services will be held noon Friday, Nov. 9, at Walker Family Mortuary, 187 South Main, Spanish Fork, Utah. Interment will be held at Springville Evergreen Cemetery, 1997 South 400 East, Springville, Utah.
