INDIAN TOWNSHIP – Terrence C. Parker, 68 died June 19, 2004, at the Maine Veterans Retirement Home in Bangor. He was born Oct. 30, 1935, in Norway, ME., the son of Leo and Ernestine (Hutchins) Parker. His affiliations, membership, and past membership include the VFW, Legion, Lions and Kiwanis clubs, Chiefs of Police Association, and Native American Conservation Officers Association. T.C.’s hobbies include photography, gun collecting, reloading, hunting, fishing, and trapping. He also enjoyed writing. One book that has been published is entitled Country Cop. He is survived by his stepmother, Elsie Parker of Nashua, N.H.; three sons, Terrence C. Parker Jr. and his wife, Zina, of W.Va., Kenneth Parker and his wife, Sue, of Alaska, Christopher Neptune of Indian Township; eight stepdaughters; two stepsons; one brother, Peter Parker of Windham; one sister, Pam Kennedy of Nashua, N.H.; 28 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; two very special people and God Parents, Janet Neptune and Gerald Barnes Jr.; a special granddaughter, Brittany Sockabasin. Friends may call at his home Tuesday afternoon and evening, and all day Wednesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Anne’s Mission, Peter Dana Point with the Rev. Frank Morin Celebrant. Burial will follow in the Tribal Cemetery. Arrangements are by the Scott-Wilson Funeral Home of Calais.
