LEE – Verna D. Chubbuck, 78, a resident of Care Ridge Estates, wife of the late Gerald Chubbuck, died Nov. 19, 2006, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born April 21, 1928, in Starks, the daughter of Matthew and Essie (Davis) White. She is survived by three children, Duane Larrabee of Meriden, Conn., Gerald A. Chubbuck Jr. of Wallingford, Conn., and Robin (Chubbuck) Johnston of Portland. One of 16 children, she is also survived by three brothers and four sisters, as well as six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
