ORONO – A service of remembrance for Verna G. Jackson will be held 2 p.m. Friday, April 28, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor with Pastor David J. Natale of the Faith Baptist Church of Orono officiating. Interment for the family will be held at a later date at the Howland Cemetery.
