BLAINE – Virginia E. Tapley, 81, died July 7, 2004, at her residence. She was born Aug. 29, 1922, in Bath, New Brunswick, the daughter of Allie and Viola (Gillespie) Giberson. She had a true passion for the outdoors and enjoyed such activities as hunting and fishing. She is survived by a brother, Victor Giberson and his wife, Vella Dawn, of Mars Hill. She was predeceased by a brother, Robert Giberson; three sisters, Kate Varney, Beulah Libby and Della McDonald; several nieces and nephews. At her request there will be no calling hours or service. Arrangements in the care of Duncan Funeral Home, Mars Hill.
