ORONO – A service of remembrance for Virginia R. Gardner will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Orono United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Terence McKinley, pastor, and her grandson, the Rev. David Abbott, pastor of the Belfast United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Orono. A service of Brookings-Smith, LaBeau Chapel, 72 Main St., Orono.
