EAST GREENWICH, R.I. Wellington Cramer, 88, died Feb. 23, 2007. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. He graduated from Duke University in mechanical engineering and served in food processing for Birds Eye during the war, and later as a production engineer for St. Regis Paper Co. Residing in Reading, Mass., and Cumberland, R.I., he was the beloved husband of the late Rowena (Titcomb) Cramer; and father of Prema Camp of Ahmednagar, India, and High Springs, Fla., Bonnie Ortelt of Wickford, R.I., and Scott Cramer of Chelmsford, Mass. He is remembered by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, March 2, at the First Baptist Church, East Greenwich, R.I. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Beacon Hospice, 1 Catamore Blvd., East Providence, RI 02914.
