BANGOR – Reona E. (Kelley) Pyzynski, 90, died Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2008, in Bangor. She was born Jan. 17, 1918, in Caribou, the daughter of Jarvis and Phoebe (Holmes) Kelley. Reona grew up in Caribou and went on to enjoy a career as a beautician. She loved to travel and cherished time spent with her family. Reona is survived by her son, Stanley J. Pyzynski and his wife, Lorna, of Bangor; daughter, Lynn Johnson and her husband, Chris, of Brewer; grandchildren, Brian Pyzynski and his wife, Carey Nason, of Bangor and Matt Pyzynski and his wife, Jessica, of Bangor; great-grandchildren, Wyatt, Emma and Morgan; sister-in-law, Mary Kelley of Brewer; and special nieces, Judy Lovley and her husband, Stretch and Candy Beylerian and her husband, Fred, of Hermon. In addition to her parents, Reona was predeceased by her loving husband, Stanley Pyzynski; and her brothers, Gerald and Ralph Kelley. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 7, at Mount Hope Cemetery, Bangor, with the Rev. Dr. Rex Garrett, director of chaplaincy services at Eastern Maine Medical Center, officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to meet 12:45 p.m. at the Superintendent’s Lodge, State Street entrance.
