OLD ORCHARD BEACH – Kathryn M. Bouchard, 65, formerly of Orrington, Old Orchard Beach and Stuart, Fla., passed away Oct. 7, 2008, after a long battle with ovarian cancer. She was born Sept. 22, 1943, and grew up in Turner. Kathy ran several businesses in the Bangor/Brewer area with her husband, with the Brewer Dairy Queen being the most recent and favorite. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, and most of all, spending time with her family. She is survived by her best friend and husband of 33 years, Donald Bouchard. She is also survived by her mother, Phyllis Wells; three siblings; her children, Pam Green, Tracy Weeks, Michelle Bouchard, Scott Bouchard and Mark Bouchard; their spouses and her grandchildren. A memorial Mass will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 436 South Main St., Brewer. A gathering will take place immediately after the memorial service at St. Theresa Parish Hall. In lieu of flowers, Kathy asked that donations be sent to your favorite charity.
