DERRY, N.H. – Deborah A. Hogan, 52, died Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2008, at her home after a brief battle with pancreatic cancer. Deborah was born Oct. 27, 1956, in Braintree, Mass., a daughter of Bentley Key and the late Lorraine (Marges) Key. She was raised and educated in Keene, N.H., where she was a 1976 graduate of Keene High School. She had also lived in Manchester, N.H., and Bangor before moving to Derry, N.H., 24 years ago. Deborah was employed as a grocery clerk for Shaw’s Supermarket, Londonderry, N.H., where she worked for 13 years. She was a member of the Halcyon Club, Derry, N.H. An avid fan of the outdoors, Deborah enjoyed camping, fishing, canoeing and yard work. She also enjoyed time spent with friends, her pets and watching the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Theodore M. Hogan Sr. of Derry, N.H.; her son, Theodore M. Hogan Jr. of Derry, N.H.; her daughter, Tiffany A. Hogan of Derry, N.H.; two grandchildren; her father, Bentley Key of Keene, N.H.; four brothers, Steve Key and Tom Key, both of Keene, N.H., Brad Key of Exeter, N.H., and Derek Key of Dover, N.H.; several nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held 1-4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 14, at Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, N.H. The family will hold private funeral and committal services.
