BELFAST – Eileen White, 90, passed away Jan. 8, 2009, in Pinellas Park, Fla. She was born Aug. 6, 1918, in Centerville, the daughter of Edmund and Blanche (Foster) Alley. She was a member of Faith Temple Church of God for many years. She was always involved with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren’s lives. She enjoyed family get-togethers and taking rides. Eileen loved lobster and always wanted to go to Newicks, in New Hampshire, for a lobster dinner. She was predeceased by her husband, Allan White; and daughter, Alana Norton. Eileen is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Kelsey and husband, Webster, of Kittery; her grandchildren, Teresa Kelsey of Kittery, Alison Wells and husband, Tim, of Kittery, Stephanie Norton of Belfast and Julie Matthews and husband, Mike, of Kittery; nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held noon Wednesday, Jan. 14, at Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast, with the Rev. Rick Libby officiating. A luncheon will be afterward at Faith Temple Church of God Fellowship Hall.
