GREENBUSH – Edward Haverlock Jr., “Mr. Ed,” went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Tuesday, Jan. 27, 2009. He was the husband of Ella (Huntley) Haverlock. He was born July 20, 1956, in Lincoln, the son of Edward Sr. and Irene (Dunn) Haverlock. Eddie graduated from Bangor Christian Schools in 1974. He drove truck for his father until he established Junior’s Truckin’ Inc., in 1982. He enjoyed driving truck for many years. In 2005 his son, Chad, took over the business, carrying on the family tradition. In the last few years, he made lots of memories with family and friends. There were trips to Arizona, Maryland and South Carolina, and hunting camp that he enjoyed. Along with his beloved wife of 29 years, he is survived by his parents; four children, Chad and wife, Kirstie Haverlock, Angie and husband, Andrew Madden, Stacie Haverlock and companion, Benn Clark, and Sarah and husband, John Thibeault Jr.; four grandchildren, Brieghanna and Zachary Haverlock, Caden Madden and Gracie Thibeault, who made many memories with their papa; three siblings, Brent and wife, Julie Haverlock, Heidi and husband, Jeff Carroll, and Heather and husband, James Smith; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Carl and Helen Dunn; a special aunt, Myrtle Madden; and mother-in-law, Donna Huntley. A celebration of Eddie’s life for family and friends will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 31, at Helen S. Dunn School.
