BREWER – Waneta O. Faucett, 78, our beloved mother, grandmother and sister, died Feb. 15, 2009, at her residence. Waneta was born Nov. 6, 1930, in Island Falls, to the Rev. Harold A. Haynes and Lula (Rockwell) Haynes. Waneta’s final years were spent dancing and enjoying life to its fullest with her very special and dear friends, Cathy Cookson, Earline Harris, Lisa Marie Brown, Shirley Dow, Keith and Rosanne Bates, Leo Cookson and Dennis Dobson. She is survived by her son, Terry B. Faucett and his wife, Karin; and her two grandsons, Jason and Cohen, all of Sierra Vista, Ariz. She is also survived by her brother, Herbert and Helen Haynes and their son, Tuffy, of Holden; her niece, Jean and husband, Byron Browne, of Griffin, Ga.; and sister-in-law, Mary Ann Marcusen and husband, Loren, of Wausaukee, Wis. Waneta was predeceased by her loving husband, Donald J. Faucett; her mother and father; sister, Vivian; and her special niece, Dale. A service of celebrating and honoring Waneta’s life will be 4:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23, at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 69 State St., Brewer, with the Rev. Patricia Moore presiding.
