PORTLAND – Corinne L. Turcotte Dyer, 95, formerly of Preble Street and Bangor, died Feb. 18, 2009, at The Cedars. She was born in Skowhegan, the daughter of Edward and Annie Bouchard Turcotte. She was a graduate of Skowhegan High School and Edwards Business School. Corinne filled her life with family, friends and travel. She was an avid reader and bridge player. She loved music and was a gifted piano player. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph in 1985; and her son, David in 1998. Corinne is survived by two sons, Joseph E. Dyer of Scarborough and Scott Dyer of Portland. Also surviving are her sister, Frances “Babe” Lowit of Lewiston; three grandchildren, Jennifer Vogel of Cumberland, Stefanie Christie of Yarmouth and Lance Dyer of Lewiston; and five great-grandchildren. There will be no visiting. A graveside service will be held in the spring at Laurel Hill Cemetery, Saco. Arrangements are by Jones, Rich & Hutchins Funeral Home, Portland.
